Delivery

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 days upon receipt of the order. If these timelines can not be achieved, you will informed to you at the time of confirmation of your order.

Zeynep Arcay is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearence processes.

In the event that you would like to return the product you bought, there will be a 50 usd deduction for each product returned with value below 1000 usd and a 100 usd deduction for each product returned with a value of 1000 usd and above.

 

Taxes and Duties

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. 

 

Exchange and Returns

You can change or return any product, which you have bought over our web site within 14 days from the date of receiving of the order.

Only products, which have not been worn, still carrying all the tags and labels provided with it, can be returned or changed. The use of the product, the removal and/or damage of any labels or logos, the damaging of the product or any of its accessories (such as a clasp, a belt etc.) will prevent change or return.

Products that has been altered in line with special request and demand of the customer cannot be returned or changed.

All products returned or changed have to be attached with their accessories such as their clasps and belts.

The shipping company and the return address info will be provided, once a change/return request mail is sent to info@zeyneparcay.com.

When the returned product is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

After confirming that the returned product meets the criteria defined above the payment will be refunded to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
